How are orders shipped, and where are filters made?
Direct to your door on a climate conscious schedule, subscribers will receive a package every 6 months with as many air filters as you need for that period. Shipping is free for subscribers. Made in the USA to strict quality standards.
How do subscriptions work, and how do I manage them?
Pick a change frequency; we ship the right amount every six months. Higher frequency = better price per filter. Upgrade from a one-time purchase anytime, swap size/MERV before the next shipment, and cancel anytime. To manage, open your subscription confirmation email and follow the link.
Which size is right for my HVAC system?
Use the size printed on your current filter. Sizes on our site are nominal; actual filters run ~0.5" shorter [W/H] and ~0.25" thinner.
Do these filters work with Fittes vents?
No. These are for HVAC systems only. We're working on future options for Fittes vents, but none are compatible today.
Which MERV should I choose, and how often should I change it?
How often you need to replace your air filter depends on its MERV rating, thickness, and your home environment. If you have pets, allergies, or live in an urban area, you may need to change it as often as once a month. A dirty filter restricts airflow, which can strain your HVAC system, reduce efficiency, increase energy bills, and lower indoor air quality. Regular replacement helps keep your air clean, your system running smoothly, and your costs down.
How and when can I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account on our website. If you choose to cancel anytime between receiving your most recent filter and the next package being dispatched, your subscription will be cancelled immediately.
