Do your vents affect airflow performance?

Airflow performance depends on your HVAC setup. Our vents outshine traditional grille vents in looks, but system efficiency involves many factors — so we recommend consulting an HVAC specialist for the best results for your specific setup. Learn more about our Air Flow Specs.

Can I customize the design or size of the vents?

We do not offer customizations, however we do have a large (and growing) range of vent sizes. The surfaces of all our products can be customized to match surrounding surfaces.

What’s the difference between a single- and a double-channeled vent?

Our vents feature airflow channels between the center tray and the base.

A single-channeled vent has one airflow passage for essential airflow.

A double-channeled vent (our Luxe+ Collection) has two passages for increased airflow — ideal for enhanced performance.

What materials are your vents made from?

Our products are made predominantly with powder coated steel or ABS plastic.

What kind of warranty do you offer?

We’re committed to quality! All Fittes manufactured products are covered by a three-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. For more details, check out our full Warranty Policy. 👀

Can I return or exchange my order?

You can return items within 365 days (one year) from the delivery date of your order. All products must be in their original condition. 

We do not offer direct exchanges for our products. However, you can return any items you no longer need and place a new order for the products that better suit your project.

Do you offer discounts?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Shipping times are shown at checkout and exclude weekends, holidays, or courier delays. You'll receive your order within the selected timeframe unless unexpected issues arise.

What's the difference between the Flush and Framed models?

Flush products sit level with the building surface to create a seamless, contoured look that blends right into the floor, wall, or ceiling. Flush models need to be installed at the drywall phase (for wall products) and sub-floor level (for floor vents).

Framed products have a thin frame that sits on top of the floor, wall, or ceiling surface, creating a visible border and allowing for an easy, DIY-friendly drop-in installation even after the drywall or flooring is completed.

What are the differences between the Lite, Luxe, and Luxe+ product ranges?

The first difference is the material: Lite products are made of durable ABS plastic, while Luxe products are made from powder-coated steel. Our Luxe+ range is also made from powder-coated steel, and features an air additional channel that allows for up to 100% increased airflow.

What payment methods do you accept?

For express checkout options, we accept PayPal, ShopPay and Google Pay. We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX for credit card payments. We do not accept gift cards that are below the payment amount for your order.

Do you ship internationally?
