Our reward program is designed to provide you with points or benefits every time you make a purchase on our website. For every dollar spent, you earn a certain number of points which can be redeemed for discounts, free shipping or other exclusive perks.

Every January, our tiers reset. To hold onto your gold tier status, you need to spend a minimum of $2,500 before December 31st. To hold onto your platinum tier status, you need to spend a minimum of $10,000 before December 31st.

Points never expire.

In general, our reward program cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless explicitly stated otherwise. However, you can always use your points to receive discounts on eligible purchases.

Once you are logged into your Fittes Crew account, you can redeem your accrued points on any purchase at Fittes.com.

You can pay for your items in full using your points, if you have accrued enough points, or redeem as many points as you wish again the total, and pay for the balance with your credit card as you usually would.

You can check your points anytime by logging into your account and viewing your account dashboard.

If you return a purchase made with points, those points will be credited back to your account, akin to a refund. However, any points earned from that purchase may be deducted from your account. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for your account to reflect the changes in points.

On a few key dates during the year, we will multiply the points you can earn on regular purchases and select products — because we're nice that way! Keep an eye on your email to be the first to hear about these special events.
