This luxe hidden receptacle mount is designed specifically for drywall and gypsum walls or ceilings. If you're working with other materials, use the No-See Receptacle Mount [Luxe] — it’s compatible with any surface.

What can I use this for?
This no-see outlet mount is extremely versatile and can be used to recess and conceal any electrical receptacle. It’s perfect for places where switches and outlets are necessary, but you don’t want to see them.

My wall is already installed. Can I use this product?
Yes, absolutely! Just be prepared for a bit of drywall mudding and sanding to ensure a flush, seamless look. If you’re looking for something a bit more DIY-friendly, use the No-See Receptacle Mount [Luxe]. When installing, be conscious of wall studs. Position the product between studs for a seamless result. 

Can I use this for any receptacle style?
Yes! This minimalist receptacle mount is compatible with light switches, outlets, Ethernet and phone electrical boxes.

Does the door have to be open to access the receptacle?
You need to open the door to access the receptacle, but a handy notched inlet allows power cords to stay plugged in while the door is closed, so you can keep the door closed while using the outlet.

Framed or Flush? What's the difference between the Flush Drywall No-See Receptacle Mount [Luxe] and the No-See Receptacle Mount [Luxe]?
This is the Flush model, designed to be mudded in, creating a seamless, contoured look that blends into the wall, so it’s best installed by a professional. In comparison, the No-See Receptacle Mount has a rim that sits on top of the wall surface, creating a visible border and allowing for an easy, DIY-friendly drop-in installation. 

Can I use this product on floors, walls, and ceilings?This high-end hidden outlet mount for walls and ceilings is designed for use with drywall and gypsum surfaces only.

Does this require electrical prep work?
No electrical prep work is required for installation of this concealed receptacle mount. However, we recommend consulting with an electrician before proceeding.

Are there restrictions on wall plate sizes?

When you say easy to install, just how easy is it?
This is a Flush model. It requires mudding and sanding to achieve a flush finish, so it’s best tackled by someone experienced with drywall. If that’s not you, we recommend calling a pro! 

Do you make custom sizes or colors?
No, we don’t offer custom sizes or colors. However, we do have a wide range of sizes available, and you can paint or wallpaper them however you like. The effect? A luxe, no-see receptacle for seamless wall design.

Can I paint it?
Yes! This customizable hidden outlet mount is specifically designed to be painted to blend into the wall. Just use a paint that is suitable for powder-coated galvanneal steel. We recommend applying a primer before painting for the best results. 

Is the utility box included?

Yes, each hinged receptacle mount includes an appropriately sized utility box (1 gang or 2 gang).

Is the wall plate included?
No, wall plates are sold separately. The Flush Drywall No-See Receptacle Mount [Luxe] is compatible with recommended brands like Leviton, Lutron, and Eaton.
