What material can this be used with?
This Luxe+ framed wall vent is designed specifically for drywall or gypsum walls and ceilings. 

My wall is already installed. Can I use this product?
Yes, definitely! This product is designed to ensure a super-easy, drop-in install with no mudding or sanding required. When installing, be conscious of wall studs. Position the product between studs for a seamless result.

Will this product work with my HVAC system?
This high-performance wall vent is airflow tested and designed to work with most standard systems, but it’s always a good idea to consult your HVAC specialist to ensure that this product is right for yours. 

Are these vents compatible with filters?
Not at the moment, unfortunately. Our vents aren't designed to fit filters right now, but we're actively working on a solution. Watch this space!

Framed or Flush? What's the difference between the Framed Wall Vent [Luxe+] and the Flush Wall Vent [Luxe+]?
This is the Framed model, with a rim that sits on top of the wall surface, creating a visible border and allowing for an easy, DIY-friendly drop-in installation. In comparison, the Flush model sits level with the wall surface. It requires drywall mudding and sanding to create a seamless, contoured look that blends into the wall, so it’s best installed by a professional. 

Lite, Luxe, or Luxe+? What's the difference between the Framed Wall Vent [Lite], the Framed Wall Vent [Luxe], and the Framed Wall Vent [Luxe+]?
The Lite model is made from durable ABS plastic and does not have built-in airflow control (though you can purchase dampers separately if needed). The Luxe model is made from powder-coated galvanneal steel, and has built-in dampers for airflow control. This Luxe+ model is a double-channeled wall vent for those who want a little extra “oomph”. Made from powder-coated galvanneal steel, it has all the features of the Framed Wall Vent [Luxe], and is also equipped with an extra air channel that allows for up to 100% increased airflow, making it a high-performance floor vent. 

Can I use this vent on floors, walls, and ceilings?
This recessed wall vent Luxe+ is designed for wall or gypsum walls and ceilings only.

When you say easy to install, just how easy is it?
This is the Framed model — installation is simple and requires minimal tools. Just cut a hole in the drywall (if needed) and fasten with the provided screws. In comparison, the Flush model requires a bit more skill with mudding and sanding, so it’s best tackled by someone experienced with drywall. (If that’s not you, we recommend calling in a pro!) Do you make custom sizes or colors?
No, we don’t offer custom sizes or colors. However, we do have a wide range of sizes available, and you can paint or wallpaper them however you like. 

Can I paint it?
Yes! This easy-to-install wall vent is specifically designed to be painted to blend into the wall. Just use a paint that is suitable for powder-coated galvanneal steel. We recommend applying a primer before painting for the best results.
