What material can this be used with?
This product is designed specifically for drywall or gypsum walls. It works on surfaces that are ½”-¾” thick.

What can I use this for?
Each hook supports up to 150 lb, so you can hang coats, purses, backpacks, robes, towels — just about anything that needs a place to “hang out”. Perfect for entryways, bathrooms, basements, garages or tool sheds.

My wall is already installed. Can I use this product?
Yes, definitely! This wall-mounted hook is designed to ensure a super-easy, drop-in install with no mudding or sanding required. When installing, be conscious of wall studs. Position the product between studs for a seamless result.

Framed or Flush? What's the difference between the Framed Hideaway Hook [Luxe] and the Flush Hideaway Hook [Luxe]?
This is the Framed model, with a rim that sits on top of the wall surface, creating a visible border and allowing for an easy, DIY-friendly drop-in installation. In comparison, the Flush model sits level with the wall surface, requiring drywall mudding and sanding for a seamless look. 

How does the soft-close mechanism work?
This space-saving wall hook has a soft-close mechanism that controls the motion of the hook. This allows it to retract smoothly, silently, and automatically, disappearing into the wall when not in use.

If you’re looking for DIY hook installation and know how to install a framed wall hook, this is the product for you. Do you make custom sizes or colors?
No, we don’t offer custom sizes or colors. However, our standard size fits most home hanging requirements and you can paint or wallpaper the hooks however you like. 

Can I paint it?
Yes! This easy-install framed wall hook is specifically designed to be painted to blend into the wall. Just use a paint that is suitable for powder-coated galvanneal steel. We recommend applying a primer before painting for the best results.
